By creating an account on Goldbetting or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Please read through everything carefully before registering.

Providing accurate information at registration is mandatory — any false details regarding your name, address, or date of birth will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all bonuses.

• Only one account may be registered per national ID card or passport.
• Multiple accounts cannot be created using the same mobile number or email address.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or using another member's account is strictly prohibited.

Members are responsible for the security of their own accounts. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact Goldbetting Support immediately.

Deposits and withdrawals on Goldbetting are subject to specific rules. The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500.

Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, contact Goldbetting Support with your transaction ID — issues are typically resolved within 30 minutes.

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal.
• Please withdraw using the same payment method you used for your deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• For suspicious transactions, Goldbetting may temporarily suspend withdrawals and request additional verification.

There are some basic rules to follow when placing bets on Goldbetting. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed — so always review the odds and market carefully before placing your bet.

• If a match is cancelled: If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a match is postponed: Events delayed by more than 36 hours will generally result in the bet being voided.
• Odds Error: Goldbetting reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
• Match Fixing: If match-fixing is proven, all bets placed on that match will be voided.
• Per-Bet Limit: Minimum bet is ৳10; maximum bet varies by market.

Odds change rapidly during live or in-play betting. Goldbetting makes every effort to keep odds up to date; however, slight delays may occur due to technical reasons. In such cases, Goldbetting reserves the right to confirm bets at prevailing market prices.

Goldbetting's bonuses and promotional offers are extra benefits for members. Each bonus, however, comes with its own terms and conditions that are important to keep in mind.

• Welcome Bonus: Up to 150% bonus on your first deposit — wagering requirement is typically 10–15x.
• Free Bet: Valid on selected markets only; expires automatically once the validity period ends.
• Cashback: Applicable as a set percentage of weekly net losses.
• Referral Bonus: The referrer receives a bonus once the referred person makes their first deposit.

Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined at the same time. Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days from the date the offer is announced, though individual offers may have different validity periods. Goldbetting reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Goldbetting treats members' personal information with the utmost care. Your name, address, phone number, financial details, and gaming history will never be sold to third parties.

Members may close their account at any time. To do so, contact Goldbetting support — make sure to withdraw any available funds beforehand.

Goldbetting reserves the right to close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Creating an account with false information
• Multiple Accounts
• Bonus Abuse or Fraud Attempts
• Money laundering or illegal activity
• Involvement in Match Fixing
• Harassment of other members or staff
